Do you ship or only offer in-store pickup?

Both. We ship throughout Italy by courier, or you can conveniently pick up at our store in Piombino.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer, credit and debit cards, Satispay and payment directly at the store.

Do you also repair devices not purchased from you?

Yes. In our workshop we assess PCs, notebooks, smartphones and peripherals of any origin: we run a diagnosis first, then clearly tell you whether repairing or replacing is the better choice.

Are the quote and the diagnosis chargeable?

The quote is free and without obligation. We explain the problem and the costs before proceeding: you decide with all the information in hand.

Do products come with a warranty?

Yes. All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity for consumers, in addition to any manufacturer warranties.

Is the product catalog up to date?

Yes. The catalog is connected to our distributor and updated several times a day with real prices and availability. If you cannot find the product you are looking for, contact us: we can order it.

Do you also handle connectivity and energy?

Yes. We help you compare and choose fiber, FWA and mobile offers for connectivity, and electricity and gas for energy, with a practical approach and no generic promises.

Do you also work with businesses?
